Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your MAR platform’s health and status.
Overview
The dashboard displays key metrics and information about your clusters, instances, and system health.
Key Metrics
Clusters
Total number of Kubernetes clusters currently managed by the platform.
Running Instances
Count of instances currently in running state across all clusters.
Degraded / Failed
Number of clusters in degraded or failed state requiring attention.
Active Alerts
Count of currently active alerts that need to be addressed.
Cluster Utilization
The dashboard shows a snapshot of cluster resource utilization including:
- CPU Usage - Percentage of CPU resources in use
- Memory Usage - Percentage of memory resources in use
Each cluster is displayed with its utilization bars for quick visual assessment.
Operation Queue
Recent platform operations are displayed in the “Latest Operations” section, showing:
- Action - The operation performed (e.g., createCluster, applyConfigProfile)
- Target - The resource affected
- Status - Current status (pending, running, succeeded, failed)
Creating a Cluster
To create a new cluster:
- Click the Create Cluster button on the dashboard
- Follow the cluster creation wizard
- Configure region, config profile, and other settings
- Monitor the operation in the operation queue
Navigation
From the dashboard, you can navigate to:
- Clusters - View and manage all clusters
- Instances - View and manage all instances
- Alerts - View and manage alerts
